  4月27日,以“同学同心同力·做新质生产力生力军”为主题的2024中关村论坛年会首届“留学人员创新创业论坛”在京举办。

  本届论坛由北京海外联谊会指导,北京市欧美同学会、北京市人才工作局、丰台区委区政府联合主办。北京市委常委、北京海外联谊会会长杨晋柏,中国科学院院士、西湖大学校长施一公出席论坛并致辞。

  杨晋柏指出,希望海内外留学人员围绕战略性新兴产业与未来产业主阵地,勇当中国科技创新和产业创新的开路先锋;扎根京华大地,积极投身创新创业创造时代洪流,成为北京对外开放和引才引智的桥梁纽带。

  施一公表示,近年来,留学人员在教育科技、数字经济、生物医药等创新创业领域大显身手。加快发展新质生产力,需要科学界、产业界、各级政府进一步携手,以更加包容、开放的心态,为创新创业提供更加宽松、开阔的空间。

  在论坛上,京津冀三地欧美同学会与中央企业欧美同学会、中国科学院留学人员联谊会共同签署“助力京津冀协同发展合作协议”,明确了三地五单位在产业和人员互动、协同创新、产业协作、联谊交流等方面合作的具体举措。

  此外,北京市首家集“政务+文化+生态+市场”要素于一体的“国际人才港”当天揭牌,将落户南中轴地区。据了解,针对入驻国际人才港的优秀人才团队,丰台区将定制推出“青年人才创新创业‘三个一批’支持计划”,为青年人才来丰台发展提供资源支撑。

  在签约环节,中关村丰台园签下5家招才引智海外高校学联伙伴,同时5家国际知名高校留学人才创新企业签约入驻。

  值得一提的是,这场签约不仅有海外归国留学生,还有外籍来华留学生的创业企业。签约入驻中关村丰台园的于中美(Jong-May Urbonya)来自美国,从中国传媒大学毕业后选择留在中国创办企业,用数字科技助力中国古诗词传统文化的传承和发扬。

  论坛由北京市欧美同学会会长闫傲霜和北京市欧美同学会副会长燕瑛分别主持。海内外科学家、院士,国际组织机构代表、海外高校学联组织负责人,北京、天津、河北欧美同学会代表,优秀留学人员企业家以及京津冀地区留学人才等400余人出席论坛。(完)
